i know this is abit outdated but hey!! better late than never!

i celebrated my 21st birthday very very early on 27aug05 (saturday) at pasir ris ntuc chalet! reason being my birthday week(13 sep) is the school holiday week (chalet more expensive) plus i figured most of my friends will be bogged down by sch work or what nots then.. so yep.. haha..

this will be a very picture loaded entry.. haha cos i lazy to describe la.. a picture speaks a thousand words.. i guess there are more than 15k words worth!

i guess the biggest eater will be ws la.. dunno how many pieces of cakes he ate.. haha even my mum recognizes him as the one who is so mischevious and eat alot of cake one.. hahaha

haha the highlight of the night in my very own opinion.. my present from monkey is revealed upon some of our friends' instigation.. he said he'd give it to me quiely if they nv suggest they wan to see it haha.. but well.. quoting from del, "this kind of thing must show ppl mar!!!" and so monkey (gladly) did..

i had absolutely no idea what he was gg to giv me.. tho i suspected it'll be some accessories.. he did mention it was small but the value was big.. given these clues some of u will be like chey.. sure know it's ring rite.. i have absolutely no idea!! cos monkey once told me he'll not buy ring and if he were to buy, he'll bring me along.. so there..

i was so so so touched when i open the box up to see my goldheart trilogy ring.. first reaction was wow! it's a ring! second thought was my goodness! diamond ring leh! damn expensive la!!! third thing that went through my mind my dear monkey is so so sweet!! i wan to cry le lah!!

yep.. and my mind was kind of blank the instance i see the ring.. it's all very natural.. the tears jus came welling up.. it means alot to me okie.. monkey not rich wor.. he still willing to spend on what he deemed jus a piece of thing for me.. FOR ME OKIE!! *weeps* where to find this kind of guy?? (okie i noe there are guys like him la but... but i still wan to say he's one of a kind).. my first $1500 0.51carat diamond ring!!!

what followed i can't really remember le.. went around talking to my friends.. they exclaiming at my ring.. telling me monkey is the one oredi.. ask me dun play play liao.. when getting married must invite them blablabla.. touched or not.. telling me monkey is really a sweet person.. can see he loves me alot.. thinks he suits me blablabla.. haha.. i can't exactly remember who told me wat but haha.. yeah..

at least i can suggest things i want/need.. there's the lack of anticipation but i'd rather get something i want la.. i dunno how many of u agree.. but the point of buyin a present for the person other than making the person happy or out of bobian-ness, it's best to be something he/she wants so he/she will be happy ma hor?

some of the 'no no' for me are soft toys, food, perlini silver(i jus dun like it), storybook(unless it's one i've been dying to have haha)..

i'm jus like any other gals babes women wateva u call it haha.. accessories like shoes and bags and belts and necklaces and earrings and rings makes me a happy happy person.. shopping shopping and more shopping makes me happy too (provided i have the money la) clothes clothes clothes! cosmetics, fragrances.. these are the things we all like!

there a some items i'd like to own at this moment but of cos i can't possibly go around telling ppl hey, okie, tis is wat i wan u go buy hor.. u must buy hor.. this sounds so idiotic.. i'll only suggest 1 or 2 things if my fren asks me la..

anyhow the main point is seeing my frens come for my simple gathering! it really means alot to me to see u all come la.. i can't exactly describe.. i mean hmmm.. who likes to see their frens not turn up and get fat eating the food prepared alone?

that's y i try my very best to turn up for every fren's birthday chalet..

i finally get to eat my crab from amk ave 3 blk 232...

after so bloody hell long.. but the crab like not very fresh.. not as nice as the previous time i ate..

but nvm.. the chilli gravy nice nice nice.. finger lickin good!! hahaha..

3 of us (jasc monkey me) spent a grand total of $72.. the 2 crabs alone cost $54... wahahaha..

now i have a BIG pimple jus above my left upper lip.. urgh! the crab so poisonous!!! but oh well, i'm happy..

i was abit unhappy when i had to go home alone.. haiz.. esp since it's so late le and it's the seventh month.. yeah i'm scaredy cat.. but monkey wil owas be monkey.. no send me home means no send me home..

actually to me it dun matter wat kind of gifts i get from him.. as long as he does the little little things tt makes me happy.. u noe.. like surprising me at my doorstep with a little puff i like.. or sending me home seeing it's so late oredi.. he says he's stupid so he "covers" it with nice gifts from him..

but i dun exactly like tt.. i mean of cos i'll love to be showered with nice presents (who don't?) but what's more important to me are not tangible..

ask me if i prefer a 0.3 carat diamond ring or him being with me for a whole day i'll choose the latter.. simple because nothing can replace his company..

in other words.. it dun mean u buy me nice things then can dun care me hor!!! wahahaha..

it aches me to see him so sick still wanna come out.. haiz.. finally when we went to lemon grass for dinner.. i ended up finishing about 80% of the food.. cos monkey has no appetite.. i'm such a glutton! and let me tell u.. eating so much is as good as eating them alone.. it did not feel nice at all.. tho the company is right..
